About our speaker:

Karen Bellnier is the Director of Digital Innovation for Mitchell College. There, she leads the Mitchell Hub in its mission to create digital innovation and educational excellence that is accessible, flexible, and connects learners while accelerating career growth. She has been working in online learning and instructional design in higher education since 2008 and is a strong advocate for learner success. She recently obtained a PhD in Education from the University of Rhode Island with a thesis titled Change is People: How Faculty, Staff, and Administrations Engage with and Share a Substantive Organizational Change Process.
