The unpredictability of world events, national politics and other large-scale concerns are having a direct impact on working Americans' sense of security and control.

In short, employee mental health continues to be an evolving challenge for employers.  This program focuses on what employers can control and offers concrete and actional steps to reduce the stigma and other barriers to employee mental well-being.

In this session, you'll gain a better understanding of employees' mental health experiences and assess your organization's high priority needs to be a more mental health compassionate and effective employer.

This April program is offered to help member organizations prepare for May's Mental Health Awareness Month.

CREDITS:  This session has been submitted to HRCI and to SHRM for recertification credits.
