AI in HR:  FROM HYPE TO HIGH-IMPACT

Artificial intelligence is rapidly shaping HR, but many leaders are stuck between hype, fear and uncertainty.  This session cuts through the noise to show how AI is already transforming recruitment, employee experience and workforce planning in practical, ethical and scalable ways.

Attendees will leave with a clear framework for evaluating AI tools and deploying AI in ways that enhance, rather than replace, human decision-making.

Key takeaways:

-Learn how AI is being used today across core functions
-Using AI tools responsibly (transparency, compliance, bias risk and privacy)
-AI adoption that strengthens workforce trust, and aligns with culture and ethics
-Practical steps HR can take when implementing AI
-Using AI to enhance - rather than replace - human decision making
