Todd Mitchell

Todd Mitchell, Board Director of Inter-Routes Global Consulting, is a retired U.S. Navy veteran with over 30 years of experience leading complex technology initiatives and building high-performing teams. He holds a Master s degree in Cyber Security Policy, an MBA, and multiple degrees in Information Technology and Information Assurance.

During his military and government career, Todd served as the Lead Engineer for the Project Management Office supporting Marine Corps Command and Control systems. In this role, he worked within large Integrated Product Teams made up of engineers, program managers, operators, government leaders, and third-party vendors and contractors. His work focused on coordinating diverse groups with different expertise and priorities, ensuring clear communication and collaboration so teams could successfully deliver mission-critical projects.
