NOTE:  The board presented updated Bylaws to our members on May 22, 2025, where quorum was achieved and the changes were approved by the members present. We obtained SHRM preliminary approval and electronically distributed the Bylaws with revisions to members, with an online vote to incorporate any required changes. Online voting closed on September 12, 2025, where quorom was achieved and the SHRM changes were approved by members. HRASM President signed and submitted the Bylaws to SHRM for final approval on September 12, 2025. SHRM CMO, Mike Aiken, approved the final Bylaws on October 27, 2025.
