Employee Wellness Program Design
Employee wellness programs don't have to be complicated, expensive, or one-size-fits-all to make an impact. A successful program can be as small or as comprehensive as an organization wants it to be—the key is designing an approach that makes sense for your workplace and your people.
Join Pascale Bullard, Wellness Program Administrator for the City of Shawnee, as she helps simplify the process of developing and growing an employee wellness program. Drawing from her experience with the City's Shape Up Shawnee program, Pascale will share what has worked, how the City provides opportunities that support employee well-being, and practical considerations for organizations at every stage of their wellness journey.
Whether you're starting from scratch, refreshing an existing program, or wondering where to go next, this session will provide practical ideas you can take back to your organization.
