Danielle Shroyer has spent 20+ years in corporate HR Leadership at companies such as Volvo and General Dynamics. During her time at Volvo, she led a team of 6 to mass hire for the start-up the Volvo Car Manufacturing facility in Ridgeville, South Carolina with 1500 employees. Growing and developing her team is where Danielle thrived and now she does that with her own firm Engage HR with The Intentional HR Leader Program.
