* Multi-enrollment discount available to groups of three or more from the same company who register and pay at the same time (i.e., same invoice) on or before September 24, 2019 ($10 discounted ticket per attendee for half-day session or $20 discounted ticket per attendee for full-day attendance). [Not available after on or after September 24, 2019]

Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions Policy: Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to treasurer@shrmrgv.org by 5:00 PM on Sept. 24 to qualify for a full refund. Registrants failing to cancel by this deadline and meeting no-shows will not be granted a refund and are responsible for paying the full registration fee. Walk-ins are welcome but seating is not guaranteed.
