Presentation Title: Presentation provides an introduction to OSHA, a visual overview of hazards encountered by OSHA on enforcement inspections, background information on the agency mission, employer/employee rights and responsibilities per the OSH Act, and a review of inspection protocol.

Presenter’s Bio: Adam Gerson is the Compliance Assistance Specialist for the OSHA Boise Area Office.    He has over thirty years of experience with the agency in a variety of roles including Compliance Officer, VPP Team Leader, and Acting Area Director in numerous jurisdictions.
