• Ask consistent, high-impact rounding questions that uncover employee needs, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.

• Connect employee feedback to performance outcomes, including productivity, quality, and customer experience. 

• Translate rounding insights into timely action, follow-up, and accountability to reinforce credibility and trust. 

• Use rounding as a proactive leadership tool to recognize great work, reinforce expectations.
