Jennifer Roberts is the owner of Back Porch Communications, a Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications agency that helps companies develop and execute strategies to keep all of their stakeholders informed.

Jennifer spent the first decade of her career as a journalist in TV news.  Her second decade + in PR and Corporate Communications for a national health care system - where she had the opportunity to coach executives and physicians through media interviews, secure local, regional, and national media coverage, manage media crises, layoffs, mergers, social media content creation, develop internal and executive communication strategies, and much more.  She has helped numerous executives, physicians, business, nonprofit, and government leaders with what to say and how to say it in just about any situation.  
Jennifer earned her master's degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri School of Journalism and received an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) certification in 2016.  Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications (Broadcast Journalism) from the University of Florida.
