Sherri Osterlund is a dynamic HR Leader and executive coach, known for unlocking leadership potential and guiding organizations toward sustainable growth. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, leadership coaching, and strategic consulting, Sherri has partnered with major enterprises in the financial services, healthcare, and energy sectors to build high-performing teams and thriving workplace cultures.

Sherri is the founder of Executive Consulting Resources, a firm dedicated to personalized leadership development and strengths-based performance strategies. She served as an advisor to the Rockwell Career Center in the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, where she completed her master's in Management and Leadership in May 2025. 

In addition to her professional achievements, Sherri is recognized for her engaging presentations on topics such as strengths-based leadership, talent development, and authentic communication. She is a frequent speaker and President-Elect for the Texas Bay Area SHRM chapter.
