SHRM Berks Chapter Membership Application

Please complete the following form to be considered for membership in our chapter.

Membership Dues are as follows:

$50.00 per year for National SHRM Members
$110.00 per year for non-National members

Dues above are for 2026. Cost structure for 2027 is pending.

Memberships renew in January. If joining after January, dues will be prorated.

You will be notified and invoiced for membershp dues upon approval from the Board of Directors.

By completing this form, you hereby apply for membeship in the Society for Human Resource Management, Berks County Chapter #179 and agree to pay the current application membership dues. You recognize and accept the responsibility incumbent upon you as a member of the Human Resource management profession. You pledge to practice and uphold the code of ethis of the Chapter and agree to abide by the bylaws and to assist in carrying out the objectives of the chapter.

Type of Membership Applying For * General Member: Individuals who are actively engaged in the profession of human resource management within their company. Consultant Member: Individuals owning or employed by organizations providing products or services to member of the human resource profession. Associate Member: One who would otherwise qualify for General Membership but is not currently employed. No voting rights & cannot hold office. Student CHAPTER Member: Those who are students and members of a student chapter that is affiliated with the Berks Chapter. Student Member: Those enrolled in a 2 year, 4 year or graduate degree program at an accredited institution of higher learning that does not have it's own Student Chapter affiliated with the Berks Chapter.
