We’re excited to host a special breakfast session: Best Practices and Innovative Trends for Mental Health in the Workplace.
As organizations continue to navigate rising mental health needs and their impact on culture, productivity, and financial performance, this conversation has never been more important.
Birch Benefits will kick off the morning by sharing forward‑looking insights on innovative benefits strategies that help employers expand access to mental health support and reduce barriers to care. They’ll explore emerging solutions beyond traditional offerings—highlighting how modern plan design and data‑driven tools can strengthen workforce well‑being, retention, and resilience.
We’ll then hear from Lenape Valley Foundation, a trusted nonprofit serving Bucks County for more than 60 years for agenda segment entitled: Mind Matters: An Introduction to Mental Health for HR Leaders
In this session, we will explore how to recognize when an employee or a member of their family may be struggling and how to intervene with care, clarity, and confidence. Participants will learn how to distinguish signs of distress from signs of crisis and connect individuals to the most appropriate level of support. We’ll conclude with guidance on additional learning opportunities for deepening your understanding of workplace mental health.
