What are the critical skills and tools that the most successful leaders, managers and supervisors have mastered.

We will discuss the pre-requisites to using these skills and tools - that of creating a psychologically safe environment that nurtures and build trust in the organization (foundation).

Then we build (present) the tool kit and practice the skills. Discussion to include:

• Emotional Intelligence – self-awareness, awareness of others
• Building Relationships – Active Listening
• Coaching – giving feedback
• Problem-solving
