Panther Creek Mining, LLC, a subsidiary of Blackhawk Mining, LLC,  is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our Maple Eagle mining complex in Powellton, just outside of Charleston, WV. This position will oversee all aspects of human resources including employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll and timekeeping, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement with support from corporate HR.

We are seeking an HR professional who combines strong business acumen with the ability to build trust and credibility throughout the organization. Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces in mining, manufacturing, energy, construction, or other industrial settings is preferred.

West Virginia Schools of Diversion and Transition is actively seeking a Payroll/Benefits Program Specialist to work at the Capitol Complex. In this role you are responsible for the accurate and timely management of payroll and comprehensive benefits programs for the West Virginia Schools of Diversion and Transition.  This position serves as a primary point of contact for staff, ensuring seamless transitions from onboarding through retirement.
