KAHRMA HR (NFP) is a group of individuals in the Kankakee River Valley engaged in human resource management.

A SHRM affiliate, our mission statement is “Serve the Professional, Advance the Profession.”

PURPOSE

Provide a forum for the personal and professional development of its members
Hold monthly meetings to exchange human resource ideas, develop networking opportunities and more
Provide an opportunity to develop leadership, managerial, public speaking and group decision making skills
Provide an opportunity to focus on current human resource management issues of importance to its members
Build HR communities to exchange ideas, develop professional relationships and increase HR knowledge
Serve as part of the two-way channel of communication between the National SHRM organization and individual members
