Thank you for considering the opportunity to speak at an upcoming KVHRA meeting. Meetings are generally held on the 2^nd Wednesday of the month, from 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (no meetings in May, July & August). The speaker/ presentation portion of the program is from 8:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. The audience consists of Human Resource and Business Professionals from small and large business sectors. Topics should be relevant to the HR community in their operational or strategic contributions to their employers. Possible topics include:

Strategic Management/Leadership Development
Personnel Law & Policy: Broad, Safety, Employee Relations or Legal/Policy Compliance
Talent Management: Broad, Recruiting, Engagement and Recognition, Diversity & Inclusion, or Training & Development
HR Tools & Technology: Broad, Social Media, Soft Skills Development, Software/Product Information
Personal/Career Development
Total Rewards: General, Compensation, Benefits, Wellness
