Our secure VSHRM Square Payment Site is available anytime for monthly meetings, seminars, and event passes.

Already registered? There's no need to RSVP again. Simply use the payment button below and select the appropriate event or item.

Not yet registered? Please visit our Events page and submit your RSVP first. Registration and payment are separate steps. Making a payment does not automatically register you for an event.

SHRM+VSHRM Members (DMR): Active members qualify for discounted event pricing. Enter your VSHRM member discount code at Square checkout to receive the member rate.

Fast Pass Holders: Your prepaid Fast Pass covers eligible events during the September 2026–August 2027 program year. You must still RSVP for each event you attend, but no additional payment is required for covered events.
