She is passionate about helping individuals and teams better understand themselves and each other so they can communicate more effectively, navigate stress, and work in healthier, more sustainable ways.
Known for her warm, relatable, and practical approach, Mandy integrates emotional intelligence with personality-based tools to help leaders recognize patterns that impact performance, culture, and well-being.
