Join us for our May meeting featuring a timely legislative update presented by John Marino from McMahon Berger, an experienced labor and employment attorney and the current Missouri SHRM Director. Based in St. Louis, John represents management in all facets of labor and employment law and defends employers nationwide against federal and state employment discrimination claims. He regularly represents organizations before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in matters involving unfair labor practice charges, election challenges, and post‑election conduct. John also serves as lead negotiator for many organizations engaged in collective bargaining and advises employers on employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and a wide range of issues facing HR professionals every day. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
