The SHRM Northstate 2026 HR Summit brings together HR professionals, business leaders, managers, and workplace decision-makers from across Northern California for a full day of learning, connection, and practical insight. SHRM Northstate serves an expansive region—from north of Sacramento to the Oregon border and from the Pacific Coast to the Nevada border—with over 200 members and an additional 1,100 professionals on our mailing list. Last year’s HR Summit welcomed more than 140 attendees and over 20 sponsors and exhibitors, and we are excited to continue growing in 2026. How to Become a Sponsor

Register & Pay Online

Secure your sponsorship on our online registration portal: 2026 HR Summit Sponsorship Registration. You can pay using credit card or request to pay by Check or by Invoice. 

If you need to Pay by Check

1. Complete your sponsorship registration online and indicate paying by check.
2. Mail your check using the payment information provided in the sponsorship packet.
3. Please submit payment within 15 days of registration to reserve your sponsorship.

Need an Invoice?

If your organization requires an invoice, you still need to register online to secure your spot, you can request invoice during registration or you can contact Terri Morris our Sponsorship Director at tmorris@goldenvalley.bank, she will be happy to assist you.
