Meeting Information

SHRM Lakelands' meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month from 11:45am – 1:00pm, with the exception of July, at Piedmont Technical College. Our monthly meetings include lunch* and a speaker to discuss topics and issues important to Human Resources professionals. The majority of the monthly meetings are approved in advance for HRCI and SHRM re-certification credits. Certification credits are emailed out to those in attendance following the meeting.

Topic/Speaker information and a registration link is typically available 2 weeks prior to the meeting. Let us know if you would like to be added to our email list! Meeting information/registration link will also be posted under Events and on our social media pages. 

SHRM Lakelands' Membership Information:

• Standard Membership: Standard membership fee is paid through SHRM along with your national SHRM membership. This membership level does not include the monthly in-person meeting fee. When attending a meeting in-person, the additional meeting fee of $15 may be paid via cash, check, or invoice.
• All-Inclusive Membership: Standard membership fee paid through SHRM along with your national SHRM membership. All-inclusive membership includes the monthly in-person meeting fees for the year at a discounted rate.  

In addition to SHRM Lakelands' members, we are always happy to welcome guests to our meetings. When attending a meeting in-person, a guest fee of $20 may be paid via cash, check, or invoice.

Virtual meeting attendance is also available via Zoom.

*To be included in the lunch headcount, please register as an in-person attendee by noon the Monday before the meeting.
