2025 Salary Increases

Hello SHRM Portage County, 

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask a question so if it's not please let me know.  We are starting salary planning for 2025 and I'm wondering if anyone has settled on a baseline percentage.  As far as I can tell, the magic number is 3.5% but wanted to ask the HR community for insight.
