Chapter Volunteer Opportunities 

Although we have the following apportunities available:

MEMBERSHIP - New Member Promotions

• The role requires planning, creating, scheduling and launching email or printed communications to attract new members.  
• Coordinate with SHRM to develop and schedule quarterly At-Large Member promotions
• This is a non-customer facing role that requires creativity to develop promotions

SPONSORSHIP - Chair to take over and develop the role.  

• The program was piloted in 2025.  We have sponsorship offerings identified and a list of vendors - some of whom have sponsored in the past.  
• This is customer facing role, sales focused role.
• Requires reaching out to board members and vendors | suppliers, presenting the the program benefits and pursuade them to commit to sponsoring our events.   

SPECIAL PROJECTS - Short-term, timebound, project-based activities

• This role is an ad hoc role supporting a committee to complete an activiy or an initiative that is timebound.
