Event Management Best Practices

Ready to host an event?

The SHAW platform makes event creation simple and efficient:

Key Steps:

  • Create your event:
When you set up a new event, the platform automatically generates a registration form and a confirmation page for you.

  • Publish all event-related pages:
After creating your event, you must publish each of the following pages individually:
    • Event page
    • Event Registration form
    • Event Confirmation page

Important Reminders

Publishing only the event page does not automatically publish the registration or confirmation pages.

Each page must be published individually to ensure a smooth user experience.

  • If the registration page is not published: When a website visitor clicks the Register button, they will receive an error message instead of the registration form.
  • If the confirmation page is not published: When a visitor submits the registration form, they will receive an error message instead of a confirmation.
