Our Chapters Bylaws were updated and signed by SHRM in 2015.

A summary of the changes:

• Allow providers of an HR product or service to join the chapter
• Created criteria to define eligibility for a student member
• Allow for electronic voting
• Allow the board the use of incentives for membership promotions
• Updated the descriptions of chapter board positions
