This presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of the services and programs available to support job seekers and employers in Kansas. The presentation will cover resources for both job seekers and employers such a recruitment tools such as job postings, resume matching, job fairs, and will highlight federal incentives, including tax credits and bonding programs.  This session is valuable for employers and workforce development professionals looking to leverage KANSASWORKS resources to enhance employment opportunities and business support in the community.

Abigail Crandall currently serves as the Workforce Services’ Western Kansas Regional Operations Manager. In her role, Abigail oversees operations across 62 counties in Western Kansas, working with teams stationed at Workforce Centers in Dodge City, Garden City, Great Bend, Hays, Hutchinson, and Salina.

Prior to becoming Regional Operations Manager, Abigail served as the Workforce Services Supervisor providing leadership to the Hays and Salina KANSASWORKS offices. Abigail began her career with KANSASWORKS as a Workforce Services Specialist where she provided direct services to customers seeking employment and assisted businesses with their recruiting needs.
