Submission Guidelines 

Presenting at the Wyoming SHRM State Conference is an excellent opportunity to raise your professional profile and contribute to the advancement of the HR profession.

  • Conference Information:  The premier event for Human Resources professionals across the state is scheduled for September 17-18, 2026, in scenic Sheridan, Wyoming.  The conference theme is: Empower, Evolve, Engage: HR's Transformation.

  • Session Formats: We welcome proposals for concurrent sessions (typically 60-75 minutes) and interactive workshops.

  • Audience: Attendees include HR specialists, generalists, executives, small business owners, and consultants.

  • Submission Deadline: The deadline for proposal submissions is March 31, 2026 and must be done HERE.
