This full-day professional development conference will offer new tools and techniques for managing Conflict, improving Communication, and advancing Corporate social responsibility. Sessions are designed to meet the needs of both HR professionals and business owners/managers. Local experts will share their knowledge on a number of topics related to the Three C’s. Some sessions will take a macro view — focusing on organization-wide culture, policies, and practices; other classes delve into one-to-one interactions, interpersonal skills, and group dynamics.
