What are your favorite hobbies?

Spending time with family.

Why did you choose a career in Human Resources? 

Lol, it chose me.  I'm a nurse by education and was in Staff Development when, out of necessity, I was placed in HR on an interim basis.  I excelled in the field and loved it, so I stayed.

What is your current job / career?

I'm a Regional HRD, supporting facility HRDs in 8 SNFs.

What is your greatest personal accomplishment?

Obtaining my GED after dropping out of school to become a wife and mother.  By statistics, I should not be where I am today, but with a lot of hard work and determination, I'm a very successful corporate employee.
