The Membership Committee within SHRM chapters can be considered the HR of the HR organization. Our goal is to Recruit, Retain, & Engage new and existing members. The SHRM NYS membership team works to provide leadership and support to all New York State SHRM affiliated chapters. Our overarching goal is to be a resource by providing Chapters with the best practices across the state to aid in the positive growth of our membership.
