BCSHRM is always looking for sponsors for our monthly meetings and conferences. Below is a preview of sponsor benefits for our monthly meetings. Sponsorship should be engaged in providing a product and/or service to the HR community.
Monthly Meeting Sponsorship: $225
- 5 minutes at the sponsored meeting to speak directly with the meeting attendees
- 1-3 minute video showcasing you/your company's services
- A table/booth at the meeting (door prize, business card collection, goodies, marketing materials)
- Logo on advertising for the event
- “Thank you” in the monthly newsletter and social media posts with contact information
- Attend conferences and seminars at member’s rate.
Annual Conference Sponsorship: $300
- Face time with HR professionals and decision-makers for the duration of the event.
- A table/booth at the meeting (door prize, business card collection, goodies, marketing materials)
- Logo on advertising for the event
- Thank you in the monthly newsletter and social media posts with contact information
Annual Conference Presenting Sponsorship: $450
- Your business will be recognized during the afternoon break and will have the opportunity to speak directly to the attendees using the podium and microphone for up to 10 minutes.
- Face time with HR professionals and decision-makers for the duration of the event.
- A table/booth at the meeting (door prize, business card collection, goodies, marketing materials)
- Logo on advertising for the event
